a little about me

Hey, I’m Cam.

Like a lot of people, my world shifted in 2020. Between all the craziness and extra time at home, I picked up a camera just to fight the boredom. I never expected it to turn into a passion — but here we are. What started as a hobby quickly became something bigger: a way to connect with people, capture stories, and freeze moments that matter.

Fast forward to today — I’m a senior portrait photographer based right here in Rockwall/Heath. I’ve got an amazing wife, three kids who keep life busy (and fun), and deep roots in this community I’m proud to call home. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me in the gym, playing pickleball, or working my full-time gig in marketing.

So why photography? Because senior year deserves to be remembered. It’s not just about a nice photo for the yearbook — it’s about capturing the energy, personality, and excitement of a milestone that only happens once. For me, that’s the best part: giving families and seniors images they’ll look back on years later and feel all over again.

If you’re looking for a photographer who knows how to keep things laid-back, fun, and real — while still delivering images that make you stop and stare — I’d love to be part of your senior year.

my approach

When it comes to senior portraits, my goal is to make the experience stress-free and actually fun. I know most seniors (and even parents!) don’t love stiff poses or hours of smiling at the camera — and that’s not what I do. Instead, I guide you through natural prompts and easy direction so you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself in front of the camera.

Every senior session I photograph in Rockwall and Heath is unique, because no two seniors are alike. Whether your vibe is bold and stylish, casual and laid-back, or somewhere in between, I design the shoot around you.

From helping you choose outfits to picking locations that fit your personality — like downtown Rockwall, a golden field, or the lake — I make sure your senior pictures feel authentic and timeless.

why seniors

Senior year is such a once-in-a-lifetime milestone — and it deserves to be celebrated. These photos aren’t just about having pretty pictures for Instagram or the yearbook; they’re about capturing this season of life before everything changes. As a senior photographer in Rockwall, TX, I love giving families portraits they’ll proudly display in their homes for years to come.

I focus on senior photography because it’s the perfect mix of storytelling and celebration. It’s about showing off who you are right now — your personality, your style, your confidence — while giving parents images that freeze this moment before graduation and what comes next. When you look back at your senior photos years from now, they’ll take you right back to this exciting chapter.
